October 24, 2019 –NAPLES/FORT MYERS, FLA – The Hodges University Hawks Scholarship Fund received a $1,250 boost from Wear The Fund. For every purchase made on the Hodges Hawks Gear site: https://hodges.wearthefund.com/hodges_university/shop/home a percentage of the proceeds goes to the Hawks Scholarship Fund.
Sam Lewis, CEO/Founder of Wear The Fund, presented the check to Dr. John Meyer, Hodges University President, and Angie Manley, Director of University Advancement.
“What Sam has done with his company is create opportunities for organizations to order the supplies they need, and pay it forward,” said Dr. Meyer. “In our case, the monies raised from this will directly benefit our Hodges University students.”
